Good hotel, good service. Great to have a variety of entertainment and food in one complex. Shopping however, was a disappointment Glasgow casino with very limited outlets. Overall, a good place to stay for a couple of nights and one full day.
Please note that there are very limited amount of parking, and it is at the first come first serve basis. It will cost you about 27 pounds for 24 hours. So arrive early, park and explore the city by foot.

I didn't stay as a guest, but I still had experience with this hotel and would like to leave a review all the same. I did work experience here earlier this month (August 2024) in various departments, as part of a training programme. Upon arrival, I was greeted by one of the lovely receptionists prior to meeting the friendly and professional Operations Manager.

Great place, had a wonderful anime event. Lots of kind friendly people and very attentive staff. I had the pleasure to watch the women's cricket that was on whilst the event was on and I wasn't disappointed!

Very professional casino! Management on point with their veteran customers, I am a good judge of character and they deal with everyone fairly. I only just started going there all the way from Norfolk, been there about oito-10 times and I feel at home and had great times.
All the staff are wonderful especially the two waiters, Agnieska. I hope they continue to improve in the future too, Good luck!
